Mother Alberta Morris is the leader for the Missionary Department at Greater Emmanuel Temple Church. She has been a faithful pillar in the house of the Lord. Mother Morris is married to Minister Joseph Morris.  They recently celebrated 51 years of marriage on December 20th. The Lord has blessed them with three children and beautiful grandchildren. Seven of her grandchildren are baptized and filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost. 

Mother Morris has a wonderful testimony. In 1974, Mother Morris was diagnosed with cancer. She was sick unto death. Mother Morris asked the Lord to give her one more chance and he granted her that opportunity. Thank you Jesus! After the Lord granted her petition, Mother Morris was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ on August of 1975. She later received the precious gift of the Holy Ghost at the Way of the Cross Church in Waterbury, Connecticut where she served as the Missionary President.  Mother Morris has remained a faithful prayer warrior ever since. She even founded the prayer band within Greater Emmanuel Temple Church.

In addition to her core responsibilities as Missionary President, Mother Morris is also a Sunday School for the Adult Women's class. She also belongs to the Lower Bucks Hospital Chaplaincy. She loves to encourage people and is known affectionately to the youth as "Grandma". She loves to worship and praise the Lord!
